Dress Code
Anand Karaj (Gurdwara Ceremony)
- All guests must cover their head inside the Gurdwara. Scarves and bandanas are available at the entrance.
- Please remove shoes before entering the Darbar Sahib.
- Modest, respectful attire is required — no sleeveless tops or short hemlines.
- Traditional Punjabi dress (Salwar Kameez, Kurta Pajama) or modest Western formal wear is welcome.
Reception
- Formal or semi-formal attire.
- Feel free to wear traditional South Asian dress or Western formal — both are celebrated.
- The colour palette is warm jewel tones. Please avoid all white or ivory as a courtesy to the bride.
Pre-Wedding Events (Jaggo, Maiyan, Mehndi)
- Festive, colourful attire is encouraged.
- Comfortable clothing is recommended as these are lively, movement-filled celebrations.
